Sensitive to light all of a sudden?

So I don’t really have good eye sight I’m near sided but I still can see things not too blurry. Like I can see a little clear. I do have glasses but I don’t ever wear them. I do not have contacts because I’m not responsible enough to clean them. Anyways my eyes started show floaters in last December 2017 and as time went on here in July 2018 the floaters got worse. I can now see so many of them. A bunch on my right eye and one on my left eye. Now another thing has happened. Now my eyes are getting so sensitive to light when I go outside. Every time I go outside and the sun is out, I’m extremely sensitive to it. What am I? A fricken Vampire now?
This has never happened to me before? Wtf is going on?
Should I see a eye doctor?

Wear your glasses to start. When I was 11-12 I didn’t wear my glasses for a year and my eyes hurt all the time. Also if you smoke pot im pretty sure lights look pretty bright especially without glasses. But definitely get an eye exam
