Selfless thoughts

Probably not. I always wonder if it's a kind of psychological illness that goes untreated because the symptoms are benign.

It's normal especially for moms but not really healthy.

No because I'm a pure unadulterated example of selfishness. All I care about is getting what I want and need fuck everybody else.

I guess it is normal.. but its not healthy imo

if the people appreciate you then its great

but it depresses me.
i do care about myself, and some people don't seem to care about me as a friend at all, but i'd really die for them :o

Even if you did care more for others than yourself you'd be doing it because of how it made you feel.

Man is ruled by one thing alone: Self-Interest. Oh u mad! U REAL mad!

I did this for many many years until I realised the same people would do nothing for me if I needed help. At some point you have to grow up.

I think this may come from your upbringing if you were browbeaten or part of a large family. Love thy neighbour AS thyself - not more or less.

Look after yourself first or you can be of no use to everyone else.
