Self-esteem
Is it normal to have moderately bad self-esteem? It's hard for me to look at myself without judging myself. I have issues with not exercising, and issues with the way I look, etc. Do many people suffer from this?

It's perfectly normal :) I used to be horribly out of shape, but have since started working out and running. While this has helped out quite a bit, I can't really get over the fact that I'm a 20 year old guy and I'm 5' 4". I believe that confidence definitely comes with age though.
probably billions and billions. it is common that we are most critical of ourselves. though, it isn't productive.
stop looking in the mirror and get out there and do something. i think if you get yourself busy you will find that you have better things to think about.
being good to yourself is a way for you to start. although you don't feel like exercising, just start, a little at a time, adding minutes as the days pass. i think sometimes lack of exercise can make you feel that way too.
