I've had this happen before... Twice actually once in a coma and once when I was asleep. Both came true, the first was odd I knew a new girl's name BEFORE she said it and the second saved her life. (we're BF/GF) when I told her I saw it before it happened she kicked me in the groin and I saw that the night I decided to tell her. I wore my sports cup and acted like she did hit me then got up and said "gotcha!" then I saw her raise her hand and I ducked blocked and put her in a hold I learned at karate (BEST MODUEL EVER!) then she calmed down. The lesson here is NEVER tell a girl "you saw the future and that's why she didn't die."
