hmm, it really depends. Do you see them as little orbs? do you have lots of lights in your room? I remember a few years back when i would take the train, i'd fall asleep and when i would wake up everything would look yellow or orange, dont really know what that was about

No they aren't orbs. They come in as all different shapes and sizes. And colors. They float in the air.
It's kinda wierd.
