Scared of moving floors

Hi, my name is Lalisa and I'm 18 and............. I really don't know how to start this, but I've been having these weird feelings lately and it's scaring me and I don't know what to do. It only started to happen a few days ago though.

It's where when I'm on a higher level (like upstairs of my house) and I get get scared easily of when the floor shakes, weather that's from my sisters big speakers blaring out music, or doors slamming downstairs, (I even ran downstairs because I got scared) I just don't like it when the floor move, what is wrong with me? I need help

Some people won't take escalators because of this. My former business associate would never use escalators, and always told me "no way" if she and I were going to a meeting or function in a building that had them. We'd have to do the elevator or regular stairs.

We did a function in the city one night, on the 9th floor of the building. Higher-end thing, and she was dressed in a beautiful, red, Marylin Monroe-type dress (that I bought her at a client's shop). Looked jaw-dropping gorgeous. We got there, she saw the escalator to the main floor, and we ended up walking the 9 floors to the event. By the time we entered, we both needed to fix ourselves up. All because she didn't like moving floors and escalators.

I know what you mean. I got the same problem. When I’m 8n my bed, I’m terrified. How does a floor hold so much weight? I also fear it’s gonna fall and crack. I’m also afraid of driving on long bridges that are really high up from the Mississippi River....

I was on the third floor during a small earthquake here in Dover, Delaware.
