Scare d cat

I'm a 6' 4" tall and i'm built like a brick wall. My problem is i'm really a scaredy cat, even a pussy some might say :( I put up a big front but the reallity is Woody Allen could whip my girly ass! I hate lying to myself pretending to be a big hero when i struggle to twist the lid of the milk (my wife normally does that) is it normal to be a 112 kilo Nigel?
