It's normal to be self-conscious about things like that, but I think that you're worrying too much. I don't think it's a big deal. It would take someone who is pretty unsensitive to make fun of you because of your scar. Tell you the truth, scrotums don't exactly win the beauty contest against the rest of the human body anyway.
