when i smoke cigarette, i dont inhale the smoke inside my respiratory tract; i just take smoke in mouth and expel it.
(others ENGULF the smoke and take it to there lungs.)
i think its safe way to smoke .

cigarette smoke is full of carcinogens, whatever tissue that smoke comes in contact with, it has a chance of causing cancer in it. Ur chance of getting lung cancer is slightly reduced but you can still get mouth and throat cancer.
There is no safe way of smoking, give it up for ur own health.
Safe way to smoke a cigarette or cigar (or joint).
Toss it on a fire... watch it smoke as it burns from a distance...
Stay upwind of the fire so you don't get exposed to the smoke.
