Haemorrhoids and warts are two completely different things. Warts are growths caused by viruses, but haemorrhoids are swollen veins. Cutting veins tends to get rather messy very fast.
If you're looking for a cheap haemorrhoidectomy technique, you could try the method used by Hippocrates, the ancient Greek physician. He tied a thick wool thread tightly around the base and left them to fall off. You could update this by wrapping a rubber band tightly around the swelling.
It might be difficult to do this on your own, but I'm sure you must have a friend who would be willing to help you out by performing this little task for you.
safe to cut warts and haemorrhoids out?
