    Nope.
    Only business shipments are being allowed at this time. Russian grocery shop owners are usually willing to order you something in with their usual orders if you speak to them
    Belarus has everything Russia has, but are under the same sanctions 99% of the time.
    Almost anything Russian can be ordered from Serbia or Turkey however, and China will also sell Russian goods

    If it’s guns, AK is everywhere now

      Sorry, I don’t really understand. You’re saying that essentially everywhere is trade banned with Russia except for Serbia, Turkey and a few others?

      I was wondering if I could have an individual (from the UK or something) order this from Russia and mail to me.

        Anyone ordering directly from a licensed Russian company, no.
        These products are being coyoted in already, they will be openly resold. They’re from Russia, yes, but you will have no dealing with Russia.
        Still trade bans, but Serbia and Turkey are Serbia and Turkey

              PS: how do you pronounce балуй? I am having trouble with it and never heard it spoken. I have an old soviet poster that says "не балуй", "don't be naughty"? I think?
