If we're just comparing Putin and Trump...I mean, come on. Literally any leader of any country in the world will play Trump like a fiddle. Forget about somebody as devious and conniving, not to mention as experienced, as Putin. You also have to factor in two of the people closest to Trump(Flynn and Bannon), plus his Secretary of State(Tellerson), are Russian agents and will be able to easily manipulate Trump even when Putin can't...and then you have the blackmail material as a backup plan...I mean, seriously, come on. Putin's playing 11 dimensional chess and Trump is trying to put a square peg in a round hole.

For the record, I voted "This issue is beyond the mental competency of IIN immature fuck-ups." For obvious reasons.

Putin grinds coffee beans with his teeth, and boils the water with his rage. Putin has a grizzly bear rug on his floor, the bear isn't dead it's just too afraid to move. Putin farted and the tunguska event happened.

I know very little of Putin. However, not hearing otherwise leads me to believe Russia has money in their politics which would indicate that 'Putin' is in fact a collection of donors who he is forever indebted to. I question this assertion only as I have heard he is a quasi-dictator who created a position for himself essentially and shifted the laws so he'd have a monopoly of power. Not bad Putin

Putin has several more billion than Donald Trump. He suspends enforcement of rules that allow the Oligarchs to gain huge profits. Putin's usually takes an equal cut. This legal form of extortion is so rampant, that income inequality in Russia is worse than the U.S. as measured by the GINI coefficent of the Lorenz Curve. That's very unfortunate for the Russian people who now spend 50% of their income on food.

Unrestricted retail markets are about the only freedom the Russian people still have.

Word. I wrote a much longer response but it didn't post :(. Ultimately it's my opinion Russia believes they are a more powerful BRIC(S) country when China is still way ahead. And I would argue US still way ahead of China. Russia isn't really an empire and don't seem to have much effect beyond their borders and very areas that touch their borders. They do not have the nuclear power of the US either. But we shall see

The KGB has realized that propaganda is old school. Better to use the Internet to swing elections in democratic countries. It's the new game.

Really don't mind, ISIS is in extreme trouble now, so I'm happy. Saudi's don't have any real influence on Trump.
