Runny nose and sneezing when sick to stomach

For some reason I get a runny nose and start sneezing whenever I'm sick to my stomach. Like, when I've eaten too much or feel like I'm about to vomit or whatever.

Is this normal? Is it a sign of some horrible disease?
I've just never heard of anyone having the same thing.
