Rub the ends of my pillow case

I've been rubbing the ends of my pillow case since I was a toddler and my family always wonders why. It's just so calming for me and relaxing. It's this normal? Because I think its normal ive been stuck of the same pillow case for years now.its kinda weird buh hey I can't help it and I'm not giving up my pillow case lol

    I thought i was the only one who did this. I have been doing this forever and im now 49 years old. Its calming soothing and i can not stop. i cant believe that you have the same pillow case for years. I rub the end of my pillow case so much that i tear the ends up. My pillow case last no more than 2 months. lol..........my family dont understand why i do this as well. i tried to stop so many times but i cant. I guess its better than smoking. lol....will not/can not stop! lol
