Rough sex...

I have a feeling this may be sort of normal, but maybe I'm a little messed up...

Now, I'm not into being aggressive, myself... But I absolutely go crazy fantasizing about violent, or non-consentual things happening to me, or other girls...

When I masturbate, it's usually to something very brutal.

I have rape fantasies often, and I found this site, where men found a way to videotape getting girls drunk beyond coherence, and then f**king the hell out of them.

Without breaking the law.

I like to read rape fantasy stories, and I'm into rough sex... Biting, bondage, hair pulling, and the like, almost to an extreme.

I often find myself getting excited at violence in movies, or in real life...

I know a lot of other people are into the same thing, but does that make it normal?

Do sex and violence go hand in hand?

    This is normal.

If you watch a nature program, and they show the mating behavior of other animals, a recurring pattern is the presence of violence, whenever there is sex. For example, two males might battle one another until one is nearly crippled. The female will then mate with the winner. It can be argued that she is sexually excited by the violence and attracted to the aggressive and dominant male.

So, if sex and violence are associated in the animal kingdom, it shouldn't be surprising that this might be the case in humans too, and that violence and aggressiveness may instinctively be a sexual turn on. I believe that's why rape fantasies are so popular among women.

Sex and violence elicit similar heightened bodily responses to a degree. Both cause the same chemicals to be released into our brains. This is why rape victims or victims of childhood sexual abuse can end up later being turned on by similar events through fantasy or watching movies, etc. Dopamine. It's powerful and doesn't have a moral compass. So, when sex and violence are combined - the body begins to relate that feeling of pleasure (caused by dopamine release) to those acts.
