I think you should put on clothes when you know he's around see how things work out first and if it doesn't change then talk to your roommate tell her everything
And be careful around him because I know of a situation somewhat similar to this and let's just say he's in prison
And maybe one of these nights your getting your snack you can record him or something on your phone (remember to not let him see it) because how sure are you that after telling her what he says and does she will believe you, yeah you've known her for a long time but he could find a way to turn it on you, I see that happen a lot.
