    I think there is a huge responsibility to be absolutely CERTAIN you know what's going on and that it is what you think it is, before you run off and report something like this.
    Just to report someone on a suspicion is not only irresponsible, it is criminal. Leave it to the proper authorities (teacher, councilor) to do the reporting after you voice your suspicions if possible, rather than just blindly making accusations.

    Yes, while I do believe child abuse should always be reported, I think we should also work on making more restrictions towards having kids so less unfit people will have kids and mistreat them.
