    If she ignores you it means she isn't into you or it could mean she has found someone else.

      OR: She is shy and doesn't yet have the confidence to respond.

      Hard to tell.

      However; if after several attempts - and if she doesn't even say "Hi" back... I'd move on to someone who would at least respond to me appropriately.

      If she is very shy... this may take a long time... and you better start reading some books on shyness and how to break the ice...
