Regurgitation?

So, this has been happening for a while,
I tend to regurgitate this stuff, and i've got no idea what it is. It's kind of hard, and it's got bobbly bits. (ALIEN)
I used to do it a while back, and there would be massive chunks of it coming up (without being sick or anything) but it's grown more frequent. I had little bits come up 5 times yesterday.
Is it normal?

    What are "bobbly bits"?

      I had a look at a page about tonsil stones, and it turns out that thats not what they are, but they're kind of similar, so i'm going to go and look into what they could be. Thankyou for the comment. :)
