I had some in Fla some years back and thought it was fantastic. Very moist and a firm white meat with a hint of seafood, but not overpoweringly so. But the look and texture were certainly chicken like.
The freakiest meat I've had was salt water turtle. It looks like a good quality steak, but tastes like fresh fish. It was very hard to reconcile the two, but very good. A good case for not looking at what you are eating. Fresh water turtle was much like chicken, but again with red meat.
Red Lobster is ghetto?
