When was Red Lobster ever a 'nice classy place with decent food'? It has always been fast food sea food for those who can't afford a restaurant that serves fresh sea food.
You can get fresh seafood from almost anywhere, flown to almost anywhere, if you are willing to pay the price.
Personally, if it's not fresh it's not worth eating, so I'll stick to pork or chicken in that case.
