Really small annoying compulsions

So I’ve had small compulsions for ages now, and I’m not sure whether they’re anything I should worried about. Just choose whether they’re normal overall, they feel similar enough to me.There are two examples I have of different ones. Basically, if I’m offered two options, one for me and one for someone else, I have pre-chosen which one I want, and If I don’t get it, I’m super uncomfortable. For example, a teacher put a pile of two identical test sheets in the centre of a table with a friend and I and either end. He ended up choosing the one that I “pre-chose” and I had to switch with him otherwise I wouldn’t be able to do the test (I was very stressed about it). This happens with little things like glasses of water I’m handed, food I’ve prepared etc. It doesn’t matter whether I get more or less out of it, just that I get the one I choose.
The second one is that I choose a particular finger subconsciously and I have to constantly tap it to satisfy something idk. I’d be playing a game and I’d have to tap a particular button on my keyboard a bunch of times, or drawing, and if just have to scribble in the same spot for a while.
To provide a bit of a extra context, I do have a habit of shaking my limbs when I’m concentrating or feeling intense excitement, family went to the doctor a bunch of times as a kid (early 2000s) and nothing came of it. May also be a part of all this.
Is this anything I need to worry about at all? I’d really like to know if this is just a way my brain works or whether I have to get it checked out or something.

OCD happens, seek behavioral therapy. Medicines only give temporary relief..

Sounds like a bit of OCD. Unless it causes issues with you interacting with people in public, or causes you severe stress or anxiety, wouldn’t worry too much about it. If it does, seek help.

Too bad it’s not ocd that compels you to use paragraphs.
