Personally I wish I would have made myself more sexual of a name because I mean, its iin lol. But everyone already knows me by this so I don't want to change it and I picked this name with zero thought put to it when I just started on here and my sex drive back then was WAYYYYYY lower. I don't know if you got my last post, where I talked about finishing the restoration of my BMW, doing a bit of work on the S-class and buying my girlfriend a new car on the iin car enthusiast thread...
But I got my girlfriend a new car... *drum roll* A Opel Astra 2.2 convertible with 147 horsepower!!!
It's a 90 year limited Bertone edition with a broken air-con and broken roof motor! It cost me a mere 1000 Euro.When it gets warm, I'm gonna fix the roof motor (it's stuck down) and probably ignore the A/C, cause it's a convertible. For now I've bought a tarp and some straps and I've winterized it XD
Anyway, here is a clip of my S600 starting after it was in a shop for rust and damage repair and painting... It sat on the lot for about 4 months.

I feel like I remember reading that haha I know you’ll turn that into a rice mobile. I had to look it up again to remember what it looks like it, does look nice actually. Doesn’t sound like much work that’s good.
ITS ALIVE! Haha I like the accent. I just before winter cleaned under my hood scrubbing away dirt and that took hours of drying and cleaning but I love cleaning and seeing it shine now was a great feeling. Tho it’s probably dirty again 😪. If anything seeing the dust makes me wanna grab my hose and run over there.
Hahah no not yet actually I’ve put more focus on under the hood and my interior but don’t worry I’m to excited to add cosmetics. It’ll happen.
Fuck. My cars having a misfire so I’m actually bringing it to a mechanic to replace my spark plugs (hope it’s that simple, probably is) because idk if I want to mess with spark plugs on a boxer engine in the freezing cold cause I have no garage. Hate paying people to touch my car. But it’s not the easiest to work on.
Anyway I’m super bummed cause it keeps snowing and I haven’t got a video yet of me drifting. I’m having way to much fun with my car now that snow is around. Even before work yesterday I did a little bit and I swear that made my morning nothing like some car shit to put a smile on my face.
If it wasn’t sitting rn I’d love to take a video and show you. I got a new turbosmart dual port BOV and slapped in a new Perrin short ram intake. The fucking turbo noises now 😍 I’m in love with how my car sounds. Tho I wish it was louder on the outside of the car. When I step on it you can hear it sucking in air a lot louder now and the shhh is a more kinda different sound. Rn I have my stock exhaust on cause I had to put it back on :/ but I bought a turboxs 3inch axelback exhaust (midpipe and end) and I gotta put that back on just got it a couple months back.
I’d love to get a video of me driving it for you. Maybe I can soon. I also got a boost gauge to install. Ahh so much and I’m always so busy.
