these are called premonitions.. my mom had a dream once that her brakes in the car failed and she crashed into the harbour... she had the dream for a week or two then nothing.. a few days after it stopped she read the newspaper and just looked at me in shock... i read the article and it was the exact thing my mother dreamt.. at the exact same harbour in the exact same spot and the exact same way... its creepy... but no this is a sign of something happening. could be good or bad. just be more careful in what you do for a while and i think you'll be fine. just remember: the last thing you wanna do is obsess about it
