I think also, if done enough and with a serious mind, that it could fuck up the mind of the guy, too. I'm not thinking so much making him desire to do it "for real," as much as getting in the head of someone that sick can't be a healthy thing. Anytime that I've ever roleplayed "raping" my gf, I even create a fake name and backstory for my "raper," so that I am clearly separate from that guy. I strongly recommend it.
