    I love spontaneous running i.e. it's not a planned jog, I just decide I'll get to where I want to go more quickly if I move more quickly.

      Planned jogging is a bore for me, but I love those random moments where I just break into a sprint to get to my car or my husband and I break out into a random race across a parking lot or mall. I also very much adore obstacle courses.
