Random bumps

I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, so I worry about a lot of bumps and such on my body. Does everyone has lumps in their mouth. I've always had them, like if I push my tounge on the roof and below my lower lip I feel bumps. Also, I have bumps right where my thigh meets my hip. Are those lymph nodes?

    Definitely not lymph nodes. Lymph nodes feel like little Lima beans or other chili bean of your choice and are located in little chains in certain parts of your body. The most common location people know of is in the neck, next to the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
