I'm very fond of rain, humidity and overcast skies! I feel so much better in the Houston area than I ever did in Las Vegas. That ole pit stop in the middle of the Nevada desert was like a cross between Babylon and a living Purgatory. It always felt superficial, phoney and empty, it felt like death too.
In a humid climate everything is green and alive! I would very much like to spend more time in Florida if this Zika virus shit cools down. I also really want to visit Hawaii and Wales. When I first arrived in Vegas I was obsessed with fantasies of moving to Scotland of all places.
Las Vegas was not for me, I'm not a lounge lizard or a desert rat. I'm more like a frog or a pedigreed housecat.
I enjoyed your post. I would just like to say however don't let the Zika virus worry you or put you of going somewhere. UNLESS YOU ARE PREGNANT,then don't go anywhere it exists. Other than that or if you are unwell , infirm or old it shouldn't be a worry.
Oh that would be lovely! I don't think I could afford it right now, but I'd love to go. Of course as an American I would love to go to Europe to get in touch with my roots and all that. I'd also love to see Germany and Spain, but I'm afraid to go to Germany, cause I dunno if it's safe.
You are joking about Germany right? Just don't accidentaly climb over the wall into the east! Oh no that's right it came down in the 1980s:))
If you go to the U.K. to Wales and Scotland then Spain is easy and inexpensive tm get to. If you want to go to Real Spain, interior away from The Costas you will need some Spanish. Although Barcelona your English would do fine Madrid too.
Rainy days make me happiest.

I really would like to see Wales someday though.

That Zika virus shit is bad news for Florida nudists too. I hope it doesn't come to Houston.

I think there have already been some cases. I don't think they're doing enough to protect people from the mosquitos that spread the virus.
