I remember I used to watch that Brian Jaques Redwall show when I was a kid and everybody said he was a racist because you can tell the moral alignment of the characters based off what kind of animal they are. Disney got a pass on that with lion king.

Yeah I mean it's the "circle of life" yet the hyenas are just up and taken out of the equation. Young me hated that contradiction.

Zootopia kinda saved face in that aspect though
