I masturbate 2 times a week or 3 max but still i want to quit this addiction. When i don't masturbate for 2-3 weeks i feel so great like im back to 'normal' life from that horrible addiction. So I just want to quit forever.
I know everyone says nothing wrong with 2-3 times a week but I find it wrong and I regret everytime I do it but I regret after im done masturbating.
