Wow it sounds like I wrote this lol. This is exactly how I feel! People have actually said 'You know you never talk, why don't you talk?' and it makes me more self concious and makes me talk less... And I HATE eye contact if I notice someone looking at me I'll look and look away very quickly becuase we've made eye contact for a milliasecond and it freaks ms out... I hate being shy but I don't know how to change it and I feel like people think I just don't want to talk to them and I'm being a snob when really I just can't make conversations with people without sounding like an idiot!
Oh and I hate my voice to I feel like I sound to much like a guy, I've told my friend this and they laugh saying I don't sound like a guy... but I can't shake that I do sound like one...
