After shopping my feet are killing me and I just wanna sit down and I get a headache. but I still like shopping cuz I like getting new stuff. I have to drink a lot of water and wear comfy shoes to avoid it. my advice is to have a ritual like mine to avoid feeling sick after and you'll find that shopping is actually pretty fun, good luck!
