Questions on how to attract this girl

Pretty simple, I met this girl who interests me and I'm trying to figure out how to proceed. I haven't known her long but this is what I know about her. She's either led a very strange life or is a really good liar, not sure yet. She has a strong sense of adventure and a weak sense of self-preservation. She likes to cosplay as strong female heroes and antiheroes. She is a pyromaniac and possibly a pyrophile.

    Girl says she likes adventure = she likes to be led.

    She seems like a girl with geeky interests, who you can approach the same as any. Women ooze off non-verbal signs that practically shout "come talk to me!" if they're interested in you. Pay attention, be socially aware.

    If you see her giving signs of interest, you could say anything and she'd laugh and smile.
