    What would you consider "creepy and pervy" way? So long trenchcoat, with big thick framed glasses, disheveled hair, and little froth at the mouth is bad? SOME eye contact and then I got the green light...Thanks mama.

      Creepy and pervy would be.. about what you described. But if a guy like him made eye contact I'd still find him creepy, pervy, and want to run away screaming.
