Yes we can tell and I don't mind as long as ur not distracted by them while I'm trying to tell you something. personally I would take it sort of as a compliment if a nice guy checks me out, idk about other women but from my experience they seem offended only if a girl does that :L
Well I wouldn't be distracted unless you were doing jumping jacks. I never thought about if a girl would get offended if another girl checks them out, but now that you mention it....wow...SO TRUE! Thanks for the insight...now take this jumprope and....
