Don't cut contact before breaking up. Some girls will just pursue you even further to know what happened. Sit with her and do it face to face.

After you finish breaking up with her, if she tries to contact you again it's best to limit your contact as much as possible. I'm talking about short replies to texts and don't hang out with her - at all or alone. This gives her a chance to get used to the distance between you two.

You can cut contact AFTER you talk to her about breaking up. Cutting all contact as a way of breaking up is cowardly and only makes things worse.

Tell her that your wife doesn't like the idea of you having a girlfriend.

Tell her you turned queer which is likely the truth anyway.

Be a man and tell her in person..None of this texting or social media crap...Unless you're 15 years old..

Question for men and women can answer too. LOL ! Make it clear before entering into relationship that when it will expire or it will last forever so that the girl can decide accordingly and do not take you as life partner.

stop talking to her, stop texting her, and block her on social media. she will get the message pretty quick. there's just no need to have an official breakup which can be awkward.
