      About 80 pounds. I was extremely close to 200 when I was at my heaviest.

          Between March 2014 and October 2014 was when the other half of the weight really started to come off.

              I just noticed my sucky unspecific answer to your question. lol. I lost about 40 in 2013 and lost the rest from March 2014-October 2014. I think I have the problem with my chest because I may have dropped the weight too fast or something.
