My bf is 7.7 inches and it hurts, we have to avoid certain positions bc of it. I think 6.5-7 is a perfect size. It's enough to make me feel satisfied and full and wont be too painful. Anything below 5.5 inches would defo leave me wanting more and anything over 7.5 will get in the way.
