    That's because he had to eat several samples a day. He was forced which is why he won. Anyways, no CONSUMER could win a suit about that. Get your story straight ace.

      He wasn't required to eat anything, unfortunately. He felt compelled.

      A consumer consumes no? Didn't he consume, thus making him a Consumer?
