  • I think you'd benefit from something called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or even Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. I don't know how old you are and for how long you've been feeling this way but it may be a good idea to speak to your GP / Doctor about it. If you are still at school maybe speak to a teacher you trust or a school nurse. It's better to tackle the root of the problem sooner rather than later. All the best. And remember, a lot of people feel this way, so don't feel ashamed to ask for help. Good luck! :)
