A certain user has been posting links to a website called screenshot.best. This is not actually a real website, but a shell URL for an IP address & user agent logging website called grabify.
Thankfully, I didn't follow his link directly (and use a VPN anyway), and I deleted the comment as soon as I saw it as I thought it was drama mongering. I did Google the website however, as I wondered what the service was, and it's now safe to assume he's being actively malicious to other users. Don't follow links you don't recognize, don't engage with strangers trying to start arguments, and Google things before you click them if you absolutely must.

Is It Normal?

    What even was his end goal? Post a link on a public forum and it will ONLY BE POSSIBLE THAT YOUR TARGET CLICKS IT?

          It didn’t seem like him, they would write passive aggressive posts about some of the regulars and when anyone called them out they would get angry and try to spread rumors, accusing anyone who disagreed with them of being your alts lol. That person even creeped me out

          I never thought WeirdGuyFromTheS0uth was particularly disagreeable. Last I was talking with him, we were having an argument about whether or not there was a certain article available off the cdc's website in late January, but he wasn't being rude. He was just making his points. Now, when I try to look back at the conversation, though, I find that it is gone.

          It was him. He tried to get info on a user who disagreed with him by using a malicious link on someones post. The OP wasn't having it and deleted the comment he made.

          The dudes been a creep for a while across multiple accounts. He's also accused several users on here of down voting him, flagging him, and bullying him with zero evidence. He still bitched about them well over a year after he blocked them. He also seemed to follow certain women around and say inappropriate shit. The perv once accused me of being another user and said he wanted me. Lol

          It's a shame really. Hes made posts in the past about how he has a son, a wife, and is tight on money. One would think that someone with those factors in life would be mature enough to focus on that and not petty revenge on faceless people behind a screen.

          Normally I don't like taking part in spilling beans about people on here and I try to avoid doing it, but I figured I may as well in this case since what he did with that malicious tracking link really crossed the line.
