    Just go- but tell her u are not spending money.
    So where last years suit, get your mum to drop you of ect.

      Dude, if you go to prom there's no possible way to NOT spend money. Prom tickets are expensive.

      Besides with the suit thing, a lot of guys just rent tuxedos- if he went to prom this year, he'd have to rent a tux again.
