do what i do. give yourself a goal other than what your supposed to do that takes more work. like revers pshycholagy on your self, you'll do the real work to procrastinate the out there goal. but you have to make the out there goal real, or it won't have any affect. i also find that if you find a way to constantly over remind yourself, you'll get annoyed and just do it.
