Procrastinating going to sleep

Sleeping is my favorite thing to do besides playing piano, but sometimes I stay up doing other stuff (usually on the computer) even when I want to go to sleep.

I can sleep in since I am currently unemployed, but I want to start working out in the morning and this habit of mine is difficult to break.

    Start working out at night. Once you're working out it will be easier for you to get to bed earlier and you can switch to morning
