    Not all e-books, just the ones published before a certain date. Unless, that is, you do it illegally somehow.

          A great many free books available. Many of them are are amazing. Check out Charles Dickens and Samuel Pepys for starters. And Bronte sisters (just off the top of my head....)

            Thanks. I am aware of public domain e-books. I think this guy is talking about e-book piracy.

              Yes I am, luckily where I live its legal to download music, games, ebooks, movies and software, its only illegal to distribute them.
