Sperm doesnt live long outside the body.
More than likely, your Aunt was either:
1. Raped and mentally blocked it out.
2. Taken advantage of while sleep/drunk/high or incapacitated in any other way.
3. Did something sexual with a man that she didn't think would get her pregnant, but it lead to a pregnancy anyway.
It's one of those. I would take your Aunt to a therapist, so she can come to terms with what happened to her and what is happening now.
