Fake boobs give me the shivers. I think one or two guys can relate to the moment when you notice that strange little scar on the underside of a prn star's boob and think - eww. Probably also seen that doctor 90210 horror show.
I like them all perfect and natural. When the clothes are on, I am only attracted to, and notice the bigger ones. but once the clothes come off... ain't no preference baby. big small I just want to be all over my new favourite friends!!!
They don't really ever do the incision there anymore, that's a very, VERY old technique. Nowadays, there's no scar to be found. They can go in thru the belly button, the armpit and around the nipple, leaving virtually no detectable scar or no scar whatsoever.

The armpit?! belly button?! That is in one word... sickening. Can't believe someone would put themselves through getting fake boobs...
Yes I've had that moment many times. Gross!
