Hi
When I was younger I used to practice kissing my self like on my hand or arm so I knew what to do at the time. Now my little sister does it! Is this normal?

    LOL, yeah. It's normal... I used to do it too. BUT! I'm an awesome kisser now. LOL... at least I hope I am.

    hahaha yeah this is normal...I totally did it when I was younger...and sometimes do it if I haven't kissed for a while. It's nice to pretend haha, but yeah, I agree with some of the above comments...totally makes you a better kisser. I remember my dad walked into my room when I was kissing my hand when I was like 12....good times.

    And....how do you know your sister does it? Does she retire to the corner for prolonged make-out sessions with her arm?

    This is not only normal, but a great idea. This way you get used to what will feel good to whomever you kiss in the future, and also learn what will not feel good. I still keep practicing on my own even though I've been kissing a real girl for two and a half years!

    I know a guy in his late twenties who told me privately that he felt awkward being with/close to women.

    He got over this by practicing kissing pictures of women in magazines!
