Possible break in? car sitting outside apartment

Last night, there was this car just sitting outside my apartment building, in the middle of the parking lot for over 10 minutes. Then it pulled around the side of my apartment building and was just sitting there for another 10 minutes, and then drove off. I remember hearing something a couple of weeks ago about break ins in other building of my apartment complex. Could this person sitting around my building in his car be trying to attempt a break in, like a burglary?

Maybe the had a secret trap door in the bottom of the car and they used it to access a tunnel and get into the building. For all you know they could be in your apartment right now.

Go outside and fuck them and their car up.

Hopefully it’s not an innocent person minding their own business

    • Oh, I forgot about that one a long time ago, I now have the more serious issue of worrying if I'm going to get the corona virus. Most of us have been flipped upside down over this freak outbreak.

Here in Australia it’s not so bad comparatively to the states. Just hard to keep people in lockdown rules because we’re a very drunk social bunch.

Welcome, Dr. Tommy. I hope that you and the Tasmanian Healthcare system are doing well together.

Green boogers, vaguely rings a bell. I hear Mensa is often code for google on the internet 🤔

In this case, Mensa is Latin for table. I'm keeping a distance, lest my social eagerness interferes with your fun.

Especially with apartment buildings being able to house so many different people, you’ll probably never know what that person was up to.

    • Actually, I just saw the same car parked in front of the building right next to mine with no one in it. I think it's a new neighbor that just moved in. And I remember now that a couple of the apartments in the next building were vacant before. I just got paranoid about it being a potential burgular because I heard from someone recently in another building on the complex that there had been several burgularies lately.

    • There's only 7 people in my apartment building though.

      • Just found out that the car I saw is a new neighbor. They probably stopped by my building just to text whoever they're on their way to see, or to set up MapQuest, or something. I got nervous before about it being some punk wanting to break in because I heard that there'd been several burgularies in my apartment complex recently.

      • They were there 20 minutes, would it take that long if it was pizza delivery or checking Google maps?
