  • I'm not religious and never have been but apart from the very sterile scientific views we were taught at school my first exposure about sex was also porn. I think it was the same for many teens in the era in which I grew up. It wasn't difficult to happen across pornorgraphic material left around the place. I think religion definitively plays into the way you see it though because relgious people have very particular views about sexuality. It is seen as something sinful outside of marriage etc. I don't feel ashamed about sex at all. I believe that it's just a primal instinct and you just get off however you can as long as it is mutually consenting between adults then it's all good. Moderation is key.

    • Well thats good to know. My parents actually held me out of our schools sex ed because they wanted to impress their 'Christian' perspective on me. Perhaps this is why porn caused problems for me which other people have also commented. Moderation is key, I agree because too much can definently warp your view too much.
